Sole use paddock/field

Desperately searching for sole use paddock of field or anything really for my 3 small ponies and soon new horse in the br6 area kent and surrounds . Must be accessible by public transport have shelter and water. Storage be awesome.. anything else bonus. Not bothered ifbneds fixing up and a tidy etc been looking for so long come to sad decision if not found by winter will sell up and just give up horses. Can no longer at my age deal with yard drama .
